The Duke Nukem is no stranger to controversy, no stranger to absurdity, and no stranger to babes. With it’s newly detailed “Capture the Babe” game mode, it appears to be shooting for all three at once.
The game mode will have you and fellow Dukers trying to get a babe to the capture point. She will occasionally spaz out and refuse to cooperate, which will require the player to give her a nice little slap on the butt to get her back in line.
I don’t think anyone could read that without seeing the obvious rise in controversy, though OXM’s story on the subject (which is where the game mode was revealed) claims the slap is “more goofy than offensive”.
One thing is for sure, while that first Duke Nukem Forever trailer that we got was great, I’d like to see a trailer of this game mode!
